3 Vegan Ice Creams – Nocciola, Strawberry & Cream and Pistachio

Nocciola

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
for 3-4 portions

  • 30g (aprox 2 small) cooked taros – also possible with cooked white beans or white sweet potatoes
  • ½ cup(aprox 6-7 big) medjool dates, destoned
  • 1 cup cahew milk(oat or hemp also work)
  • 100g chocolate Hazelnut Spread(recipe on my feed or store baught)
  • 50g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 30g aquafaba
  • 50g sugar

Strawberry & Cream

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
for 3-4 portions

  • 220g frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup (85g) mapple syrup
  • 150g taro root (2 medium) or cooked white beans or white sweet potatoes
  • 70g cahsews, soaked for at least 4h;
  • Optional fresh strawberries for finishing

Pistache & Avo

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
for 3-4  portions

  • 1 medium avocado, frozen ( ripen/ soft flesh)
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 250ml cashew milk(oats or hemp milk also possible)
  • ¼ cup(40g) pistachio butter
  • 120g sugar(possible to use mapple syrup, just decrease the amount of milk)
  • toasted pistachios for finishing

OBS: If you don’t have an ice cream machine, use a cake pan to freeze the cream and remember to whisk every 30 minutes until it reaches the desired texture.
