Corn Hummus 

I love corn, it tastes like childhood for me! 

When summer starts here I need to go and get some of my comfort foods. I have always the impression it’s not summer without it!

Corn hummus is not something I have tried before but I am already in love! It goes do well with summer veggies like zucchini, tomatoes… 

So easy and delicious, there is no reason for you not to try!

uWHAT YOU WILL NEED:
for 4-6 people

  • 100g cooked chickpeas
  • 200g cooked corn(I use frozen corn, canned also works)
  • ¼ cup water 
  • 1 tbsp tahini 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • 1 tsp salt 

HOW TO:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend it for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy; 
  2. Adjust salt if needed; 
  3. Serve it with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of sweet paprika; 
  4. Enjoy!
