Vegan Shakshuka

Would Shakshuka be the new avo-toast for Brunch lovers??

I don’t know the answer since I ofter have it for dinner because food don’t need rules…

I topped this one with a few toasted cashew nuts because I always find a way to sprinkle my Brazilian flavours!

Enjoy the juicy, powerfull flavors of this Plant ShakShuka!
